The Sheep Detectives
As E says, The Sheep Detectives is a great kid’s movie, with adequate quality of plot and dialogue, and the sheep are fun and cute. And if you’re not scrutinizing, there’s much to enjoy. There’s more a few eye-roll moments, and the CGI sheep are a bit distracting at times, but the heart-warming story did get me a bit misty-eyed in the end. So take it with a grain of salt, but this is a fun mystery that may be worth your time.

A fun murder mystery with some pretty clever moments, but the plot left a bit to be desired for me - I found it pretty slow overall. The goofiness of it all also made it feel a little more geared towards a child audience, which isn’t inherently a problem, but stood out a bit more to me here than expected. I can see an animal lover finding so much more to love here, but as we all know, that’s not me!
